Overall great! The hotel is inside the main lobby of the Central Tashkent Train railway. After the security check, the sign for hotel is above the entrance to the garden on the right. Head straight to sign says VIP , enter the building and the hotel entrance is in the right. Very convenient bc I needed to catch the high speed train early morning. I used the hostel section of the hotel.

システムか機械エラーで、クレジットカード決済できず。自分の複数のカードだけでなく同時に到着した他の客も含めて同様のトラブルが起きていたのでホテル側の問題だが、支払いが確認できないとチェックインできないの一点張り。案内された両替所もトラブルでクローズ。 時間も時間なので、翌朝にシステムエラーが解消したら、あるいは両替所がオープンしたら支払うことで何とかならないか、など色々交渉したが融通が効かない。結局真夜中に1時間近くうだうだとたらい回しにされ、最後は無理矢理クレジットカードのATMキャッシングを使うことに。(海外のクレジットカードだとカードが出てこなくなるトラブルをよく耳にするのでやりたくなかった) 深夜着だったので駅直結のこのホテルを選んだが自分のところのトラブルに対して謝りもしない。二度といかない。設備は綺麗です。

ロケーションがとても良く、朝の高速鉄道に乗るにはうってつけのホテルです。 部屋に行くために螺旋階段を昇降すること必要があるため、足が不自由な方や年配の方は注意した方が良いかもしれません。 フロントスタッフは総じて親切でした。

駅直結で朝の列車を利用する人にはとにかくおすすめ。乗り場まで3分くらいでいけました。 スタッフさんも感じよく、一人でダブルルーム利用しましたが、部屋は広く日本のビジネスホテルレベルの設備はあります。 ただ入り口までに段差が結構あるので、大きい荷物がある人は気をつけて下さい。
