"The hotel is located in the new district of Tashkent called Tashkent city park, the area has a lot of restaurants and cafes with 1 minute walking distance from the hotel and within a short walking distance to Tashkent city mall. The room was spacious, clean with excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were very helpful. Abdul Aziz the guy behind the concierge desk helped me book a train ticket to Samarkand."

They are incredibly well-trained and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their professional attitude, paired with genuine politeness and clear communication, made a lasting impression. I especially want to extend a warm thank you to Shohjahon and Salohiddin at the front office desk, their outstanding service and attentiveness directly convinced me to prolong my stay and book an extra night. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tashkent!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Marwa. We arrived very early and hadn’t arranged early check in but the reception staff kindly provided a complimentary breakfast and our room was available by 1130am. The room was comfortable and had good facilities and a great view over the city. Breakfast included a great variety of food choices. The spa is small but being able to book an hour is great, book early to avoid disappointment. Only grumble was the pillows, you only get one small pillow each and when we requested another one we were told “yes if we can find them” but nothing came so didn’t sleep very well."

"The concierge including Abdullah were helpful with making arrangements and addressing requests that I had. The property is well maintained and the location is very central. The rooftop restaurant Ember is one of the best restaurants in the city. The only issue is that the power in the room kept shutting off every couple of hours to conserve energy which was a little annoying."
