No frills hotel in an excellent location

Nice no frills family hotel in a good location. A supermarket, a locquor store and a local cuisine restaurant are at walking distance.

Booked more than a month before arrival, received confirmation, took taxi to after arrival only to find out they have no rooms. I was informed that Expedia "wasn't working for a few weeks', manger is "sleeping", but couple of kids (literally) at the reception tried beyond their duties to look for another accommodation at the hotel "around the block" where the room wasn't as nice, and cost more. Highly unprofessional from Expedia, and managers to have this hotel listed, please be aware, and I recommend you stay elsewhere in Tashkent.

Expérience CATASTROPHIQUE : - il manquait une chambre sur 3 à notre arrivée. L'hôtel nous propose alors de nous rassembler dans la même ou de partir ! - finalement une troisième chambre est trouvée mais nous devons patienter une heure (alors qu'il est déjà 20h30) afin que le ménage soit fait - chacun doit débarrasser sa table à l'issue du petit déjeuner - il y a du bruit toute la nuit, à 1h comme à 5h du matin les portes claques, des gens se disputent - les portes laissent passer le bruit et la lumière, on a le sentiment de dormir dans le couloir - le quartier n'est pas non plus agréable - nous avons logé dans un autre hôtel de la ville au même prix et c'était bien plus confortable et professionnel
