"I would not stay here it was terrible experience. The room was over 80 degrees when I got there. They had to come adjust the thermostat. They had me open a window in a wind storm to cool it down which affected my allergies a lot with everything blowing in. We waited at the restaurant for a long time to be seated. The staff was late to work or getting off a shift and did not seem focused on customer service. It was very disappointing. I checked in to get rest after State Basketball for a long drive home and could not sleep most of the night. There were kids running up and down the halls talking loud and screaming. People working out in the fitness center at 2am and the walls are so thin you could hear the treadmill and loud bangs. You could also hear the laundry with people using it loudly in the middle of the night. The room was not clean and the beds, showers and so forth subpar! I am so disappointed. I have never had a worse experience in a hotel except maybe once at a Super 8 and there were bed bugs so we checked out and got a refund. Save yourself the agony, disappointment and waste of money by staying somewhere else. "

"Rude staff, non existent breakfast for a “ convention center “ pool is 2 feet deep and dirty. Everything is worn down and in bad condition. Could’ve stayed much nicer places for same price. Would highly not recommend!!!"

"The electricity, internet, and cable bills weren't paid on time and hadn't been working for some time. Then the lock's battery died, and I waited several hrs for them to come and give me a key. Management then tried to blame the following issues on me. The cleanliness is less than desirable. Would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. Complete waste of money. "

"Can I stress thoughtfulness of this wonderful place? The owners do a wonderful job anticipating what a guest will need, or be thinking, and be a step ahead of them. Need a fan for the bedroom, extra linens - done! Need some simple explanation for the thermostat - done! It's cute and clean. Great place!"
