"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. "The hotel is generally nice but is located very far from the city center. Other than by taxi or car, access is really poor."

"Very nice, with a lounge with microwave. Good coffee. A little hard to find as the entrance is down a narrow path to the right of the parking, with signage not obvious from the street. My room was kindly changed when I booked smoking by mistake "

"Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, although only regular coffee was available. Room service provided by the attached restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Handicapped access needs work. Steps only available at front entrance, no ramp. Highly recommend."
