It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"La stanza era molto grande e tranquilla. C'è anche un giardino abbastanza ampio a disposizione esclusiva di ogni camera/appartamento. Estrema cortesia. Ovviamente si è in aperta campagna, non in vicinanza del mare o dentro un borgo, ma in auto si raggiungo facilmente molte località interessanti del luogo. Su alcuni particolari, potrebbe essere tenuto un po' meglio, ma nel complesso ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per la zona."

"Great experience! We stayed in a new bungalow, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and AC! People were really nice, even though we do not speak Italian. Feel really secured (all gated access controlled by access cards). The gated beach is to die for. Great sand, shallow clear waters. Enjoyed evenings at our terrace, eating outside on the porch. Nothing to complain about, or maybe a more visible box to drop our access cards when leaving. Highly recommended!"

"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...
