"Room was very spacious and pleasant. Option of a shower or bath. A very nice hotel on the quayside. Some noise from the pubs and bars along the quay but expected on a Saturday night and didn't really effect us. A nice stay."

"The staff where very attentive, helpful, and nothing with a problem, My partner and I stayed one night for our two year anniversary, and we where giving an upgrade room, with Rose petals in the roon with a card wishing us happy anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and Is surrounded by beautiful gardens. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel especially for a special romantic break"

"Overall our one night stay was very good, location and food was brilliant, the only complaint we had, was the mattress on the bed was awful, it was lumpy and we kept falling into the middle, we did tell the staff on leaving, hopefully this will be addressed immediately. Would stay there again if in the area."
