O atendimento do pessoal da recepção foi excelente, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Porém, a cama deixou bastante a desejar: fazia muito barulho ao se virar, além de ser desconfortável. Acabei acordando cansado todos os dias. O ponto positivo é que o café da manhã estava bom, bem servido e com boas opções.

Bem abaixo do padrão ibis

Ficamos por uma diária, na ocasião as chaves eletrônicas do quarto não funcionavam, só abriam com a chave mestra da recepção. Não foi nos oferecido troca de quarto, tendo que novamente incomodar a equipe da recepção quando voltamos de um evento de madrugada. O hotel é antigo, o banheiro cheira mofo e o quarto não passa sensação de limpeza. Apesar de funcionários cordiais em geral o serviço deixa a desejar. Estacionamento pago no local 23 reais a diária com manobrista. Não posso avaliar o café da manhã pois não utilizei. Em geral ruim, não voltaria.
