"The hotel is perfectly situated to nearby Exeter Airport, which was the purpose of booking it. It was gone midnight when we checked in. The members of staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly which made everything so much easier. Really comfortable bed, so a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great. A lovely selection of foods on offer, with again, friendly helpful staff. We will definately use again when flying from Exeter."

"This is a basic hotel offering for a fair price accommodation near the centre of Taunton. I found staff polite, the room unexceptional though mostly clean not the most modern, the corridors and feel a little maze-like (I wasn't convinced I could have found the way without the very helpful receptionist walking me to the relevant staircase). Overall good for the money."
