"Booking was exactly as listed. Check in was super easy and place was easy to find!"

"Great location. Was in the area for a concert. The deck was amazing but didn't have any outdoor furniture when I stayed."

"The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

"It was a very nice little place with a convienient patio deck."

"Hosts are very accommodating and prompt with replies. Perfect for our needs when visiting our som who is a college student here."

"Like the locatio. Very clean and nice. Free parking"

"It was perfect for our trip. Thank you for a wonderful visit!"

"Pet friendly"

"Authentic loft style accomodation in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities and historical highlights. Simple and easy parking and clear instructions for entry when we arrived. Had all the amenities we needed. Bedrooms large and each had a small desk and room to lay out clothing. Full length mirror was a bonus and both rooms had air conditioners and TVs. Kitchen setup was great. Great bathroom with adequate lighting, fan, and high water pressure. For anyone with mobility or knee issues you may...

"Perfect location in a quaint neighborhood."

"My son and I stayed here the evening before he took the SAT nearby. The positives: spacious, clean, kitchen, good hot water pressure in the bathroom, comfortable beds. Less positive: the unit is up three flights of stairs (and there is a flight to enter the house) so a bad choice for anyone ill or with mobility issues; the area is loud late at night because it’s on Brown’s campus; and it is very expensive. The parking feels tight but is free and restaurants and CVS are a short drive away."

"I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I noticed the apartment smelled like very strong cooking smells. Particularly curry. Even though there were renovations done this apartment was not up to standards. There are no knobs on any of the kitchen cupboards, which makes them very hard to open. The bed squeaked so badly while I was sleeping It woke me up every time I rolled over. The pillows are 1 inch thick and flat. The bathtub was appalling. The floor of the bath bathtub was covered with a...

"As advertised. Slight hiccup with code for check-in, but super responsive and helped me right away."

"The host was very nice and directly called me about the check in process. The property was clean and the perfect stay and everything worked! Great area and plenty of good places to eat"

"It was great host was so kind."

"Let me start by saying this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented! The property is beautiful and spacious, it is walking distance to the historical downtown area with shops, restaurants and views. The building itself is historical and amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! One of our best Vrbo experiences by far!"
