Your entrance is accessed through the shared laundry space, leading upstairs to a fully self-contained level that no other guests can access. The living area flows from the kitchenette to the bedroom, making the space easy to settle into whether you`re here to unwind or explore.

Self-Catering: Only initial supplies provided (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, tea, coffee), guest supply their own on extended stays. Bedding and Towels are provided, but please bring your own beach/lake towels.
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment, and shared laundry facilities.
Please Note: The laundry is a shared space used by guests staying in the main house. The Hideaway Apartment has its own entrance via the shared laundry and up the internal stairs. You can book the main house or the entire property (main house + Hideaway Apartment) under our other listings.
There is no guest access to the garage.

We have 4 security cameras around the outside of the property and 1 camera at the front door. All cameras face outwards and there are none inside the building. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm

- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
