"After a 10 hr flight we arrived to the hotel at 11:30am and was able to check-in early as they had a room ready. We only stayed one night and didn’t use any of the amenities or food. Very nice location."

"The hotel exceeded my expectation. For just more or less £80 a night, you get a very clean and spacious room with high ceiling. Bathroom is amazing with free toiletries, wifi is good, you can charge using type C, this is very helpful since i forgot my adaptor. There’s free water and stuff in the fridge. The property is new and the front yard is beautiful in the morning but it’s still under construction. Surely it will be amazing on e it’s done. Staff are welcoming and approachable. Train station is 4mins away, there is lidl nearby and a mall. I highly recommend this and will definitely stay here again if im coming back to Milan anytime soon."

"Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me. "

"The room was very clean. I had a very refreshing shower with good water pressure. The complimentary breakfast is very generous with good food options. The buffet staff uses good hygiene. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, 5 minute walk to Il Duomo and Galleria. Many food choices around."
