"We stayed in the upstairs apartment of a farmhouse. The owners Mom was very thorough in her checking procedures even though her English was limited. The apartment was well insulated and clean. The views of the Tuscany countryside were amazing. The bed was small but adaquate. There was a bookcase that divided the kitchen from the bedroom. "Wow wow wow. What a place. Absolutely phenomenal stay here. The grounds and hotel are absolutely fabulous. I read some review around staff attitude but can honestly say I never experienced this at all. Everyone was very polite and helpful in the bar and restaurants. George on reception was particularly lovely and helpful. The food and drinks were beautiful. I also did the wine tasting during my stay which was also wonderful. I will definitely be back."
