Cannot recommend Island Bay highly enough! Absolutely everything there that you could possibly need….. spotlessly clean , both accommodation and communal areas! Sue & Steve are a wonderful couple….. nothing was too much trouble. Only wish we had stayed longer!

This place was absolute paradise. From the moment you enter the gate to the second you leave, it is an absolute dream. It’s a tropical paradise but even better because it’s so small and so intimate. The beach is quiet and never too busy. The cottages are absolutely adorable and meticulously clean. The bay is AMAZING. We had coffee on our porch every morning with the friendly little lizards. We kayaked and saw green iguanas in the mangroves. We fed the snappers off of the dock. Our last day at the resort, we saw 2 large sting rays and a 7ft nurse shark swim into the shallow area and under the dock. We will be back again and again. Absolutely amazing and the owner is the sweetest.

This is a hidden gem in the Florida Keys. Small, intimate resort with 10 bungalows. The bungalows were stocked with everything we needed for our stay with a rating of 10/10 for cleanliness! The small, private beach was perfect with a bunch of intimate sitting areas scattered about. We had a wonderful time here!

What a wonderful, little tucked away gem!! We had such a great time here, the property is spotless and beautiful, the rooms were perfect in size and beautifully decorated, and the couple who run the property make you feel so welcome and like your family. We rarely left the property, it was so relaxing to sit on the beach, or take the kayaks or paddle boards out into the water, we even saw, sharks and manatees and got to swim with them right at the resort. We will definitely go back!

What a wonderful place! Lauren & Justin have made this a beautiful spot to stay. It was comfortable, clean, very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. The beach area was also kept very clean every day. Beach furniture is excellent. We stayed for 4 nights. Recommend C&C wood fire restaurant not far. Excellent pizza!
