"We have been coming to the Keys every year for the past 7 years. We have stayed all over, but I believe this is where we will be staying from now on. It was beautiful, clean, convenient and perfectly suited for large families. The living space and kitchen area was spacious and accommodating for people to hangout, cook and eat. The large windows bring in lots of natural light and allows you to see the and feel the beauty surrounding you. We had a boat and docked it in the canal right off the back...

It is well equipped, in a great location, and in a nice walkable neighborhood - close to restaurants, parks, boating/fishing/snorkeling destinations, etc. The owner has put in much effort and attention to detail to make this the perfect rental. He was OUTSTANDING to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was fantastic! We would love to rent this property again in the future and would not hesitate...

So many amenities here - this property owner has thought of everything - still can’t believe all the wonderful “extras” included with this stay! All beds are so comfortable - the outdoor kitchen is over the top - lots of water toys to use off the beautiful dock - excellent pool and hot tub. Everything about this property screams “WELCOME!” And, Ralph is one of the best...

"A nice 3 bed, 2 bath house in a very nice neighborhood. The owner included access to a boat ramp near the house. Everything was as described. This home was located only about 1 hour south of Homestead and 1 hour north of Marathon. We found that it is in a good spot to visit anywhere in the Keys to the south or the Everglades to the North."

"We loved the view of the canal with the manatees and turtles. Peacocks across the canal were a treat. Location is perfect to explore the Keys. Went all the way south to Key West. The house is perfect for two couples. Aileen was very helpful with her recommendations of places to eat and things to do!"

"We had a wonderful stay here at Seagulls 509. The view of the ocean was a beautiful and peaceful way to start and end our days. The pool and game room were also amazing. Staying in Taverier was a perfect location to explore the Keys in both directions. Easy 2 hour drive to Key West and 1 hour drive to Everglades National Park. We found excellent snorkeling along the rock wall at Founders Park and enjoyed the beach area there as well. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. "
