Recanto do Monte Verde T1 by YHA is a welcoming and practical apartment located on the second floor of a building without a lift, in the peaceful Monte Verde residential area of Conceição, Tavira. With approximately 65 m² of space, it is an excellent choice for couples or small families looking for a relaxing holiday in the eastern Algarve, with convenient access to beaches, nature, golf courses and Tavira’s historic centre.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. The living room also includes a dining area and a television, providing a comfortable space to relax and spend time together. There is one full bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes a hob, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and equipment for making coffee or tea. The apartment also offers a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, flat-screen television and free Wi-Fi.

The balcony offers city views and is a pleasant place to enjoy the fresh air. Free parking is mentioned by some booking platforms; we recommend confirming the parking arrangements before your stay. Cabanas Beach is around 1.8 km away. To reach the island beach, you need to cross the Ria Formosa lagoon by boat from the Cabanas waterfront. Tavira’s historic centre is approximately 6–7 km away, while Faro Airport is around 41 km away. Conceição railway station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easier to explore the surrounding area.

Bed linen and towels are provided by the company. For stays of 14 nights or more, one complimentary intermediate cleaning is included, with a change of bed linen and towels. For shorter stays, intermediate cleaning can be requested for €30, subject to availability and provided it is requested before check-in. A baby cot can be requested in advance for €25 per stay, and a high chair for €15 per stay; both are subject to availability.
