"Overall, a very nice and cozy place in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable, though the pillows were a bit hard for my taste and the TV is quite old. That said, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. I would stay here again."

"The room was very clean, en suite was also clean with plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo etc. grab rails for safety were fitted by toilet and shower. Bed very comfortable. We would definitely recommend for your overnight stop "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel and spotless! The ladies (Jessica/Jennifer?) at the front desk were incredible and gave great recommendations for places to eat, how to get to different areas etc. would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

Only issue was one employee who worked in the dining room who started banging dishes, scowling and making a raucous almost the minute breakfast was over. Anywhere else, our experience is that staff would say that they are closing and inform patrons to get anything else they wanted before the out away the buffet. Nice walk from hotel to the old city. Would stay again. "
