"Great place with lots to see in a quiet area"

"Lovely stay! The hotel itself is beautiful and set in a peaceful location. It’s not in a busy area, and although it’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach, we actually enjoyed it—it was nice to have a good stroll. The room wasn’t as big as I expected, but in the end it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, we had a really lovely and relaxing stay."

"Hotel Don Rodrigues is a great hotel just outside Tavira. It’s a 15 min walk into town but you do need to cross and walk alongside a busy road. Bolt taxis into town were about €3.50. Rooms were modern and nicely decorated and the whole place was very clean. It was great having a pool and the breakfast was really good. All the staff were great and I would certainly stay again."

"No complaints about this property. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner were brilliant. The location is perfect for walking Tavira. The room had a strange layout with some wasted space, but I imagine it made sense in the old days when that building was built. Maybe the kept their goat in that space!? Our room was on the third floor in the elevator only went up to two!!! "
