"Pros: La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La piscina condominiale è il fiore all’occhiello di questa casetta, anche perché non c’era mai nessuno e nei giorni di ferragosto è un ottimo luogo in cui riposarsi ed evitare la folla e la calca. Comoda la doccia esterna e molto bello il barbecue con il tavolo in granito. Gentilissimo il proprietario e la collaboratrice che ci ha accolto. Punteggio super per il late check-out. Cons: Più che altro si tratta di un suggerimento...

"The villa is as described and photos almost don’t do it justice. The views across to the sea are spectacular and the infinity pool is amazingGuiseppe and Marina are great hosts and gave us a very warm welcome. It’s a great property for a relaxing stay.Whilst the location is on the Costa smerelda and close to many incredible beaches it is also up a steep hill and not writhing walking distance of anywhere. So a car is needed to get on and out each day.We would highly recommend this property."

"This is a wonderful property in Porto Rotondo. The location is perfect. You can easily walk the entire harbor and town center. You do not need a car for restaurants, cafes, shops, or beaches. There is everything you need for a family or small group of friends. Luca is the perfect host. His communication is perfect. He responds to every question within minutes, and is committed to making your stay the best one possible. If you want to stay ion Porto Rotondo, this property should be at the top...

"Cosy apartment with lovely, well-equipped terrace, magnificent view of the sea, coast and Tavolara island. Parking place an asset. Communication with Gianni excellent. It would not have been as private had the flat underneath been occupied (as their patio is under the bedroom window)"

"Pros: Die Terrasse ist einmalig. In der Nähe sind tolle Strände und San Teodoro ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen, nicht zu touristisch. Cons: Die Küche hätte noch mit etwas mehr Basics ausgestattet sein können."

"Leider war det Aufenthalt schlecht da die Ferienwohnung in einem ziemlich schlechten Zustand war sowie viel zu klein war für 3 Personen das Bett und die Matratze sehr unbequem war und der Kühlschrank viel zu klein die Dusche mit einen Plastik Vorhang versehen war und das ganze Bad währen dem duschen der Boden nass war. Was ich am schlimmsten fand war das der Verlängerungskabel für den Strom der für den Kühlschrank sowie andere Geräten direkt vor dem Bad am Boden verlief ."

"Pros: Es was sehr sauber. Der W-lan router ist einmal kaputt gegangen, aber der Vermieter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und für Ersatz gesorgt. Der Strand und die Stadt sind einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Cons: Eine kleine Couch wäre noch toll gewesen."
