"The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car."

"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

"Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known."
