La Foglia is one of five apartments within the modern Villa il Panorama, a beautifully designed property set in the peaceful residential area of Belvedere Fogliense. This first-floor apartment is accessed via a private staircase leading to a large, fully covered balcony, ideal for outdoor dining in any weather. The balcony is well equipped with a table, chairs, sofas, and a barbecue. Inside, the bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a large wall-mounted TV, a modern kitchen, and a dining table—creating a warm and welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining.

The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds, and an additional bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the living area for added comfort. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. A cot and high chair are available upon request, and parking is conveniently located along the roadside.

Located in the municipality of Tavullia, the apartment is just a short walk from Belvedere Fogliense. Essential services, including restaurants and bars, can be found 2 km away in Mondaino, while Montecchio (7 km) offers supermarkets and shops. The coast is within easy reach—Cattolica, known for its beachside bars and clubs, is 19 km away. History lovers will enjoy visiting Urbino (17 km) and Pesaro (23 km), both rich in culture and charm. Public transport is available in nearby Mondaino (3 km) and Montecchio (8 km).
