"Hotel is comfortable and well located. Near subway lines and close to frequented sites. Meal are expensive in hotel. No flexibility in check in nor check out times. Demanded 2000 JPY for 1 hour later Check out."

"Great location, short walk to Dotonbori and access to several subway lines (nearest is JR Namba station). There is also Nipponbashi and Shinsekai slightly further away. The hotel has a 7-11, a public bath and numerous washing machines on the 4th floor (the wash+dry ones are in the public bath area) washing machine status are trackable using the in room TV. The staff are really helpful and are able to communicate in english. There is also a separate luggage hold and transfer service on the 2nd floor. Do take note that check in might take a while due to the volume of people staying at the hotel, if you arrive early, you can drop off you luggage and come back later, avoid 3-5pm as there will be a crowd checking in too. If you intend to explore the inner parts of Osaka city, this is a great place to consider."

"The hotel is located at Namba sennichimae shopping arcade, just a short walk to Namba station (Midosuji line) via Namba Walk and Kintetsu-Nippombashi station for tour pickups. Loved the hot press machine and abundance of washers and dryers except we saw disgusting shoes in Dryer 14!"
Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA

"The hotel is located very close to Osaka station, when you know, how to find it. It is above a massive shopping center with a check-in reception located on the 9th floor. The hotel is very modern, uses lots of modern technology (self-check in and self check-out kiosks, QR code for stored suitcases, a robot zooming around the restaurant collecting plates, etc.). There is a massive food court on the 8th floor, just below the hotel, which is very handy after long days of walking around. The hotel has a self-service laundry facilitied, which is very popular with tourists. The room was exactly as on the photos. The beds were very comfortable. Sadly no wardrobe to hang clothes and not much space for the suitcades. The breakfast was amazing. Large selection of freshly cooked food. Lots of frest vegetables and fruit. Good quality cooked japanese and western dishes. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel."

"This was a nice hotel in a good location of Osaka - walking distance to the train station at the Semba Centre building. We had booked a corner room with a balcony, but it was a strange layout and there was nowhere to put our luggage so it probably would have been better to have a regular room. We ended up having to use the small couch to put our luggage on - and stack it on top of each other, so not ideal! The beds were very comfortable but due to the size and layout of the room, it was difficult to watch the TV from our beds. There is a nice Chinese restaurant on the ground floor where we had a meal the night we arrived. There is a good selection of shops and stores around the hotel if you are needing supplies."

"The room is quite spacious at the rate I booked and it also offers free breakfast. The only thing is that they need the check out at 10 am in the morning, and the elevators are extremely busy at that time."

"Overall perfect location, great breakfast, 100% will stay here again. Some highlights for us, we had an issue with our pocket wifi (battery inflated) when we were there. We bought the pocket wifi ourselves and picked it up from the airport. Unfortunately to return the broken pocket wifi to the company we bought it from and get a replacement is very hard to do ourselves since we don’t speak Japanese. Front desk helped us with this, they are so friendly and helpful. They also helped with storing our luggage while we went somewhere else for a few days we stayed here and had another booking here. They also helped accept a parcel that we had sent to the hotel. They also helped send our luggage to the airport with a same day delivery service. To be honest, staying here felt like home since they were so helpful. Highly recommend this place!"
