"Good location. Just few block from the river, the park, allowing good walks. Great staff. If you need covered parking reservations is needed before arrival. Otherwise parking in the street is find. My room was their entry level room but nice for a night or two. I would go back any time."

"Great hotel in a quiet location not far from the city centre 15mins walk. Just by the river nice walks and restaurants and guingettes around. Supermarket walking distance too. No Aircon though this is probably the only thing that was a negative for us as it was 35c outside. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good parking although spaces are a little tight. Overall great stay would recommend if visiting Vichy"

"Just stayed 1 night, good hotel, and location. Clean comfortable. saw nespresso machine in room photo and looked forward to that but there was none. easy to buy coffee at reception."
