One of the best hotels I have stayed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the “cafe de olla “ one of the best . Will definitely stay at this hotel again . The views are amazing!

This hotel was beautiful! I am someone very picky with cleanliness and honeslty I was impressed it was impeccable. The Service was amazing and they have a restaurant on the rooftop that is delicious.

Very close to Santa Prisca, just very steep. Hotel has cute restaurant 8:30-2pm breakfast and lunch. Room got cleaned every day. Really cute small hotel Shower in our room had very low pressure.

The room we booked was more spacious, it definitely had a different layout, however, the room we got was very small, it was difficult for two people move in the room. Very uncomfortable and no AC. There’s a fan noisy as much as the pump servicing the pool twice a day, which was very very loud, worse because the truck pumping was parked right outside our window. It’s a very cute property, well located, but the cons were stronger than the pros.

Very Negative Experience – Unsafe Stay Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you're not Mexican. Your safety is not guaranteed. My stay at this hotel turned into a nightmare. While the reception and room were acceptable, the tiny pool is governed by a strict internal policy clearly posted on-site, forbidding diving. Despite this, a local guest (served alcohol by the hotel) and his child were allowed to break these rules for hours—right under the eyes of staff, including servers, housekeepers, and receptionists monitoring the pool via surveillance cameras. No one intervened. After I politely asked the guest to respect the rules, I became the target of hostile behavior and aggressive remarks (the father told his son to “aim for the French”). The child then lunged at me, and while I tried to protect myself, the father—clearly intoxicated—punched me violently in the face, causing a mild concussion. The hotel staff witnessed everything and did nothing. No support, no commercial gesture. We left immediately, traumatized. This hotel fails to enforce its own rules and protect its guests. A humiliating, violent experience. Don’t risk your vacation here.

El hotel es limpio, el personal de recepción excelente, la habitación con una buena cama y buenas almohadas, La comida lo mejor del mundo, pero por desgracia el ruido de la calle es insoportable, también el ruido de la terraza del mismo hotel está de locos. De qué sirve todo si no puedes dormir en toda la noche??? Literal, no se puede dormir ni al amanecer.
