We advised the receptionist & asked for a room change, no rooms available & nothing was done to fix the problem in the shower cubicle. The staff in the dining & bar were excellent & very friendly "

"The bathroom had no hot water and no solution could be found, and this was in November. The water also smelled of rotten eggs. The door to the room could not be locked, so we put our suitcases by the door to protect ourselves. The toilet paper was spartan, with one roll, so we got some ourselves. The furniture, such as the stool, was really dirty. The promised call from the owner to find a solution never came."
