"Check in was 1 hr late due to issues with checking in even though i had a reservation. Room had poor air con plus infested with ants. Half way through our stay we had to pack up and move to another room due to some electrical mantainence. We werent told beforehand so this became a hassle and very inconvient. "

"No daily housekeeping as it’s stated in the apartment description. It’s every three days. The mean issue was the bathroom, the smells and no hot/warm water to shower. There was some warm water only in the first day. I tried it in the morning, afternoon and at night but no luck. Took cool shower which wasn’t that bad, but the bathroom smell was horrible. The internet was good with a big smart TV. They provided two big gallons of water which it’s plus considering I drink lots of water. "
