"Large room are as advertised The loftrooms were big enough, but had low head hight and are only really suitable for older children as they are high and open. There is no lift so could be awkward to get to 2nd floor rooms with large suitcases. Staff were helpful and coffe was lovely. Would stay there again."

"The staff were super friendly. I left my bags both before check in and after check out which freed me off to explore. Both check in and check out are done through a machine but I had a staff member helping me since most of the instructions were in Japanese. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking at visiting Enoshima and Kamakura."

"their very effort to minimize human interaction in every sphere (ex:checking in-out) was kind of sad to observe, oh well it is 2026 after all, and "customer harassment (kasuhara) " in Japan never seem to cease so I guess that's the only way to protect the staff at the desk／they were, however helpful if you REALLY need assistance but basically you are expected to do everything on your own with machine"
