Denise, the front of house manager, is wonderful! The definition of Southern hospitality! It was my second time staying here...was great to see Denise was still in charge! Anita was still doing an amazing job to insure all guests enjoyed their breakfast and if something was missing to let her know!! She is such a hard worker and very valuable member of their team!! Will definitely be staying there again should my travels take me back to Abilene!! Keep shining!!

The hotel was cool but very noisy from the street. Linens need to be replaced in the bathroom, towels very scratchy.

Friendly staff at front desk. Room was clean, housekeeping kept room clean and there were plenty of towels. There is a nice breakfast area and also a bar in this hotel. It is also very close to the mall for shopping or taking in a movie. I would stay here again.

Good place to stay. But improvement needed

Unfortunately we had the fire alarm go off 3 times which was a result of a customer not complying with the rules. It was difficult for our daughter with health issues. It in no way reflected in the support and concern of the staff and excellent response of the Abilene fire department.

We liked this Courtyard by Marriott the best of the several hotels we have stayed at in Abilene. All the staff were very friendly and especially helpful. Although it was very busy with a visiting out of town soccer team, it was quiet throughout. The party room is well sound insulated; the only indication that there was a party was when the door was opened occasionally. Karaoke, you gotta love it! It was a little disconcerting to see a $60 charge listed as "processing" for 3 days after...
