The property comes with a 58 inch TV and cable and internet. Two queen size bed. Nice neighbors great location able to get to Domain within 32 minutes and to downtown Austin in 40 minute drive. • Private fenced backyard • High speed Wi-Fi • Fully equipped + stocked kitchen • Extremely safe neighborhood

Good location.

Nice property. However since it hasnt be used recently. It has a rat and mouse infestation. It does not have a blender nor toaster. It needs the basic stocked. Owner gave us a small credit. Its a work in progress.
