"I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."

"The perfect place to get away from life’s busy schedules and retreat into the woods for 3 days. We drank mulled wine outside by the fire under the stars, went hiking and fished the stocked waters, caught trout, enjoyed the beautiful views of the falls and nature and slept soundly listening to the peaceful sounds of the river.
