"Easy, quick check-in. Friendly staff. Suprisingly quiet. Nice restaurant on site. Easy parking. Close to where we were visiting (camping & caravan purchasing in Heatherbrae). Clean, functional room. Great shower. The only downside was the lumpy bed - neither of us slept well and woke up with sore necks and backs. Otherwise, great. "

"This motel is handy for us when visiting family in nearby Fern Bay. Has been renovated and rooms are large. We were given an upgrade to a quieter spot and larger room. Breakfast no longer available and although the room had a kitchenette you had to get your cutlery from reception. Other than that, no problems."

"We had 3 nights here as as base for the Tomaree Cpastal Walk. Very comfortable, quiet and spacious. It's looking a bit old but it was clean and had a small kitchenette with sufficient equipment for our stay. A few minutes drive to Shoal Bay itself. Had some cheeky feathered visitors in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. "
