The Riad is on the edge of the medina which means it is quiet, but it is worth contacting the Riad when you first arrive, especially if it’s night time, to meet you at the nearest gate. They’re very happy to help! "

"Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry."

Staff service was impeccable - very customer oriented and friendly they easily helped with arranging travel to/from the train station and for arranging a guide to tour us around the Medina. Breakfast was delicious. Clean comfortable rooms and quiet setting. Highly recommended. "

"I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"

"Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!"
