Balcon de El Puerto is located near the port of Tazacorte in Puerto de Tazacorte, the sunniest town on La Palma. The apartment is on the second floor of a modern apartment building and is just a few steps from the beach. A pizzeria and other restaurants are within easy walking distance. The harbor promenade is also a great place for an evening stroll. The apartment is perfect for up to 4 people.

The sheltered bay allows for swimming almost year-round in pleasant water temperatures, which rarely drop below 19 degrees even in winter. The large, gently sloping beach of black lava sand is ideal for sunbathing.

You can stroll along the long beach promenade or enjoy delicious local specialties at one of the restaurants.

From the marina, you can set out on sightseeing tours and whale- and dolphin-watching excursions.
For your daily needs, there’s a small supermarket in the same building as the apartment. There’s a bus stop about 150 meters away, so you don’t necessarily need a rental car.



Balcon de El Puerto:

This newly built apartment building offers a very well-maintained entrance area. Some of the other apartments are rented out to vacationers, while others are occupied by the owners.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you have a view of the sea through the living room from the entrance.
The living room is bright and divided into two areas. The dining area is located in the front section, which features a large serving hatch leading to the kitchen. In front of the large glass doors leading to the covered balcony stands a comfortable couch; across from it is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The two bedrooms are located to the left and right of the living room. The master bedroom, with wide single beds pushed together, has access to the balcony and a view of the sea, as well as a flat-screen TV—though it only receives Spanish channels. The second bedroom faces the patio.
The kitchen is very well equipped. In addition to a stove with a ceramic cooktop and an oven, there is a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer combo, and a good selection of kitchen appliances.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet.
The absolute highlight—and likely the most frequently used space—is the covered balcony, which offers a magnificent view across the beach toward the ocean. It is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, as well as two comfortable, adjustable chairs with cushions and a side table.
The beach is just a few steps away.
