Great location and quite. But Rooms were much smaller that I expected. Breakfast service was not a great experience. Very limited items to chose and you have to ask for them for every simple things.

The hotel does not have any laundry facilities and service even though Expedia indicates it has both the laundry facility and the laundry service. We trusted Expedia and made a mistake to count on the laundry. Expedia should update its website accordingly.

Excellent location

The location of this hotel was excellent. The hotel room is a bit smaller but have a good spacious bathroom. There was no room service. We had to go and fetch milk for our tea and coffee. It is a walking distance to most of the sight seeing.

Sadly our room and adjacent area smelled like something was dead and decaying in the walls. Staff did their best to mask the smell, but to no avail, and they had no other room to offer us. I feel bad that I’m asked to leave a review, because other than this we liked the hotel.

This place has a super location, and we loved the restaurant downstairs. Great breakfasts too. However, I would never want to stay here again because the air conditioning in the room was almost nonexistent. Towards the end of our stay here we took to opening the door to the hallway all night long to let in some A/C from the rest of the building. Tbilisi gets very hot in August, and good AirCon is essential. We brought this up with hotel staff, but were told there was nothing they could do. Also, the narrow bathroom, awkward steps to the toilet, and the poor screen door to the shower (very European style) resulted in some slippery and frankly dangerous restroom situations.

I had the best time at this hotel all the staff were very friendly and happy to assist me with anything I needed. I would definitely return to this hotel, very knowledgeable staff and very helpful.! and a great place to have awesome wine as they to have their own, but I go any wines, which is very good not to mention the great restaurant and the super friendly staff! A must stay!!👍👍👍👍👍
