This hotel was very good for us. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was varied and tasty, a great way to start the day. The front desk staff were very helpful and the restaurant downstairs had a bar and good food. We took the airport transfer, middle of the night and everything went very smoothly. Great stay!

Not too far from the main attractions of the city - walkable to the city centre. Room was perfectly nice with free bottles of water and tea / coffee making facilities. Didn't like the free breakfast.

This property is in the "suburbs". If you are a person coming in from North America, the location may seem as if it is in the hood. But it is reasonably safe. The bus number 337 which costs about 3 GEL has a stop on a road parallel that to the hotel. I would strongly suggest completely ignoring the village idiots at the airport (Taxi touts) and walk right to the green bus stationed outside the terminal building. Hotel has lots of clean towels. They include soap. Not sure where the water comes from. May not be treated or minimally treated and therefore has a slight sewer smell, but that seems to be the normal smell of tap water here in the city. Breakfast is excellent, coffee is instant (bring your own coffee press if need be) Room comes with a kettle 2 bags of instant coffee and two tea bags. Staff speak english and therefore a plus when it comes to communication.

Bad location, noisy hotel with no HOT water!

Was so dissapointed. Horrible experience. Phone did not work, hot water did not work, room was super freezing. Party and loud people at hotel until 3 am. I would not recommend. The breakfast was also super basic and horrible. The only nice thing is Mariami the receptionist.

The perfect hotel for a stay in Tbilisi

The hotel is completely new, and the rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff is helpful and they will do their best to make you comfortable. The staff also give helpful directions and tips about the city! The breakfast is very good, with traditional Georgian cheeses and dishes. We will definitely return to this hotel our next stay in Tbilisi.
