A Good-Value Gem in the delightful Chugereti area.

We are frequent guests of this well-designed and maintained modern boutique hotel in our favorite neighborhood, Chugereti. Owned and operated by a good family. Outstanding housekeeping. Excellent breakfast in a great dining venue, except for the coffee, which is never hot and mediocre quality. Good people. Good value for your money.

Our home away from home in Tbilisi

We live in Batumi, but make frequent visits to Tbilisi. ZP Palace works very well for us. Great location in Chugureti (safe, quiet, convenient), modern facility well-maintained, nice breakfast, and outstanding housekeeping every day. Owned and managed by a local family. Because I require a breathing-machine treatment just before our long return train trip, they kindly allow me a late check-out. Nice folks with good skills.

Recommended a Stay, Note Sauna is Extra

This hotel is generally recommendable within its price range, but please be aware that the sauna is not included in the spa fee. The rooms are quiet and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the view from the restaurant is particularly delightful, making meal times more enjoyable. Apart from the separate charge for sauna use, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a relaxing stay.

Good value in a very pleasant boutique hotel.

This is a good family-run hotel at a moderate price in one of my favorite neighborhoods of Tbilisi, which I visit about 25 times a year (so I have stayed at many Tbilisi hotels). It has a pleasing size and design, with spacious well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is way above average, except for the coffee, which needs improving. The breakfast room includes a delightful outdoor terrace on the top floor. Peaceful, safe, and friendly. The chairs in the room are flimsy and really uncomfortable if you need to work. The lighting is too harsh in the bedrooms for my taste. The housekeeping is the best I've found in Tbilisi. I really like this hotel and admire its owners. Just a few little improvements would make it a great value hotel. All the essentials are there.

Great location with safe parking

Travelling with a motorcycle I especially appreciated the gated parking behind the hotel. Attentive and helpful staff and good breakfast. Location is a brisk walk from the tourist hotspots with several convinience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall an excellent stay.

Mediocre value in Tbilisi

Competitively priced. Several issues though. I had a sewage smell coming from my shower drain. The exercise room needs ellipticals. They should not charge for a sauna. Breakfast not very good. Location good but not great. Bed was comfortable, though. Not sure if I’d go back.

Ett fräscht hotell som var perfekt för mig under min vistelse i Tbilisi. Trevlig personal som pratar engelska och en bra frukostbuffé. Även möjligheter till tvättservice vilket jag utnyttjade. AC finns på rummet vilket behövs.

Prisvärt hotell med bra läge

Ett mycket prisvärt hotell med bra läge - gångavstånd till tågstationen. God georgisk frukost, bra AC, lite hård säng, mycket rymligt rum och badrum. Poolen är liten och området kring poolen inte så mysigt men otroligt skönt och svalkande en het sommardag. Fick en sen check out utan kostnad.

Choose a different hotel...

This hotel does not have a four star standard. There were a few annoyances. The air-conditioning totally stopped working one night and when I rang reception they just said to open the window. No maintenance, not many staff onsite and no flexibility to move rooms even when you don't get what you paid for. Better stay elsewhere in Tbilisi
