What a hidden gem! The location was so close to many desirable locations including the sulphur baths, HopOn HopOff bus office and three rooftop restaurants/cafes within the block. Breakfast was nice each day and the front is staffed 24/7 which is very helpful. It’s in an older part of the city so there is a small climb back to it if you’re walking but that was no problem. Great value for the money!

This hotel has a perfect location in the old town, close to most of the tourist stuff. Friendly LOCAL staff! The breakfast bouffet was ok, but since I stayed more than a week, I wanted more variation after a few days. Its ok for a 3 day stay. I would hate to see hotels like this go into the hands of indian or chinese owners! It would be great if the tourist industry would stay in thd hands of friendly Georgians, who knows the city and the culture.

(Very) budget stay in Tbilisi old town

Really bare-bones effort and amenities at Hotel Zp. Great location if you want to explore the old city, but quality was approaching that of a hostel. cheap furniture, broken safe, missing basic touches like a shelf in the shower for toiletries. The housekeeper had made the bed with a sheet of paper accidentally placed under the bottom sheet which was bizarre; they never touched up the room during my stay. Walls were very thin and you could hear conversation-level voices in other rooms. Cost was low fortunately, but next time I'd rather pay more for a more comfortable stay.

Room is clean, staff was good. But breakfast is not good. None of them was fresh. You can leave your luggage after check out. You can do late check in. The Hotel was near to city center by walking 5 min.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Lage war sehr praktisch, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Ein paar Dinge im Zimmer könnten jedoch verbessert werden: Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht vollständig für den Aufenthalt vorbereitet bzw. gewartet. Außerdem war der Schrank beschädigt und der Boden nicht ganz eben, was etwas störend war. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt positiv. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Instandhaltung und Vorbereitung der Zimmer könnte der Aufenthalt für Gäste noch angenehmer werden.

Petit hôtel bien sympathique dans la vieille ville à deux pas de la synagogue. Le personnel était très poli et les serviettes changées tous les jours. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner car il me rappelait la Russie (légumes, porridge, thé, blintchiki, charcuterie cuite, etc). Le prix est correct.
