Great Staff, Great Location, Great Place

Really good location. Minutes to freesom square, peace bridge and loads of great restaurant. The street itself is lively too. Loved the staff. They were so friendly accommodating. Design Suite was perfect for a family of 4.

The room was really clean and nicely decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen and there is also a washing machine. Everything is very pleasant and the children really liked the apartment.

Hotel and staff review

Hand down the best hotel in Tbilisi, hospitality and customer service is on another level! When I was having issues with booking a rental car, hotel staff just gave me theirs, when I needed to extend my stay because my flight got change, there was no issues I just stayed in my room for extra hours after check out. Anyways, hotel was amazing, customer service and staff were the best!!!

It's a great apartment hotel with superb service. We had a family suite for one night. It was very well equipped and modern but with preserved historical details and some nice artwork. There is free parking at nearby parking lot. You have to inform reception about your car number and they take care of payment before your departure. There have been comments about noise and owners replies with promises to take care about it. It seems that they have really taken care of it as we didn't heard anything from other rooms and cafe across the street was quiet at night. It really seems to have a very good management taking care about everything.

Best place to explore this exciting city! Perfectly located between bars, restaurants, and stores, this property has spacious rooms with icy cool AC (for those super hot summer days). The reception employees are super nice and very helpful with any inquiry, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, this is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in the last few years, so book with confidence.

I loved everything about this property - we stayed here for two lengthy reservations. This may be one of my favorite Expedia bookings of all time. The AC is great, the place was clean, it had everything we needed and more. The front desk guys are wonderful - my bag didn't make it when I did due to a flight delay and they went back and got it for me. The building is incredibly well-located and it was super easy to get everywhere we needed to go. We came in and out easily very early in the morning and very late at night. The shower gets piping hot, and it was nice to have so much space. Can't say enough things about this amazing place: it was worth every penny. I never want to leave Tbilisi when I visit, but I definitely did not want to leave this time! I will be back again to stay here.

- Minus: The walls are cracked (the part where two perpendicular walls connect), and if your neighbors speak loud, you can l hear them clearly. And we happened to have a super-loud couple next to us. I was with my teenage child; he was feeling in this environment, while we could not take a rest in our own room. This reminded me of a poorly managed student dorm. - Minus: I ask the management to find a solution. The middle management came back with a response that I have seen for the first time (as a hotels.com gold member, I have been in more than 100 hotels for the last 6-7 years). They told me, “Sorry we can’t help today, and we can’t provide you solution tomorrow”. After a couple of rounds of energy-draining negotiations (including an email that I sent to their corporate mailbox, identification of the LinkedIn profile of the founder/owner, etc.), they agreed to put us in a better room, charging us extra for that service. As a result, I ended up spending 300$ more than I was expecting. - Minus : the quality of the internet was poor or more precisely said “non existant”. The management tried to help me, but they have not been able to fix it. - Minus: On Monday early afternoon for an hour or so, the middle management turned the reception area into a “hanging around area with friends”. If this was a student dorm or fraternity house that would have been fine, but this is a family-oriented hotel (with amenities and extra beds). - Plus: as opposed to the middle management, Lasha

Perfect place for family staying

We had a great family staying at Paskunji Residence. Very welcoming and kind service. The location is perfect (center of the city) also the fact that they have an on site free parking is very convenient. The rooms were super clean , every item was well kept , and you can see that a lot of thinking was invested in designing this place. We stayed 4 ppl (2 adults and 2 kids) and this place is just what you need (2 separated bathrooms , and bedrooms) Very recommended !

Great room for a great price at a great location!

Great little chic hotel, the location is uncanny - top restaurants and bars are steps away, the vibe is cool and the rooms are new and spacious. A more comfy couch my be a welcome change but other than that it is a great value for money stay in Tbilisi. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place

This place was beautifully finished and maintained. The location was excellent. My only suggestion is as they do not serve breakfast that they team up with another hotel close by (ie Ibis) or cafe even so that a pretty arrange breakfast can be had. For a big day of exploring a big breakfast is always useful.

Perfect City Break Hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. Location is incredible, right off freedom square so you’re in the middle of town in minutes. Super bars nearby and the free pick up from the airport was a lifesaver. Will definitely be staying here again in the future

4 stars I will give to this place

the hotel and service is very good , The location of the hotel is in a good location in the middle of Tbilisi So everything is close and you don't have to go far. The only problems we had with the air conditioner were taking a long time to cool the room No such problem can simply open the window in a few minutes the room is cold I personally recommend to everyone a very good place I will return to this hotel
