So much good things to say about this place. The staff was very kind, friendly and welcoming. As a first time visitor from New York to Georgia I truly enjoyed my stay here. I’d recommend staying here!
We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice.
Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly!
Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area.
This family run hotel is well sited for access to Tbilisi. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The food and facilities are good and public areas and rooms are both clean. Parking might be an issue but with the excellent access to Tbilisi's very affordable public transport systems and the crazy traffic in the city you probably won't want to drive anyway!
Great place, staff was really nice since the beginning of our trip. They helped us about almost anything. Place was really clean and it's in a great spot. They help you with the bus tickets and sim cards as well. Liked it a lot.
If I was going to describe S&L in one word, I would say Hospitality. Extreme, unbelievable hospitality. A home from home, which you hardly expect from the hotel. The owner, Gaioz, has built a fantastic team, managed by David. Julia, Ilona and many others made everything possible and sometimes impossible to make us happy. We just had to ask. A cup of warm milk for our son in the evening? No problem. Something special for the breakfast? You are welcome. We had no idea what was in the hotel menu and what wasn’t, we just had to ask. At any time someone from the team was ready to help us. In the evening we were sitting altogether, drinking local wine and talking to each other.
The hotel itself was very well equipped. Big swimming pool, big hall with the fireplace (we had I fantastic New Year party in front of it), rooms equipped according to fair 4*. There was nothing to complain. But the most important was the feelings. The hospitality and the coziness.
If you have to go to Tbilisi for vacation, don’t evaluate many options. Even if the other hotel is less expensive, or closer to your destination, go to S&L and you’ll never regret.
Hotel has great accommodations. They gave us a free upgrade which included a balcony, jacuzzi, and extremely spacious. It was clean and beautifully set up. The staff were friendly and helpful. They do supply free SIM cards and Metro cards. If need help with your itinerary they are very informative. The pool was clean (we had such a good time swimming). They have many great amenities. The breakfast was lavish and really tasty. They made sure to call us before it was put away because they realized that we hadn't come down yet. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come and visit Georgia.
A really nice hotel a little outside the city center of Tbilisi, in Vake area close to Vake park. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The service is fantastic and everybody at the hotel are very helpful.
Breakfast is good and swimmingpool as well.
The hotel do not have a restaurant for dinner. But just next to the hotel there is a fantastic restaurant called Bhegeli which serves great local food.
There are plenty of taxi in the area ready to take you downtown to the city center,
This hotel is just perfect for a vacation in Tbilisi. Even though the hotel is not in the center of the city, the area and the easy access to transportation makes up for this. I would reccommend this over a hotel in the city center
It is a really pleasant hotel, new one and it seems that there are plans to expand it further. It is located outside of the city centre but in a good neighbourhood. As much taxi in Tbilisi is relatively cheap and the staff extremely helpful to organise all transfer services then it is not a problem. However, if one decides to walk, it is over an hour walk. Hotel is clean and very good room service. Rich and delicious breakfast, including some Georgian classics and traditional breakfast components. The hotel offers also tours, guides are young lads who are also very helpful and accommodating costumers' interests very nicely. We had really great time during both of our tours but particularly great conversations and very good insight to Georgian society, politics and history we got from Luka. All in all, thank you for your great job and keep it going!
