Holiday in Tbilsi. Best hotel and location to stay there. Staff from the check in to check out were extremely nice. Very close to Freedom square and close to most touristic locations. The road on which the hotel was well lit for Christmas which added to the beauty around the hotel

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms had a little wear but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I had access to the executive lounge which had free drinks (water, alcohol, and Pepsi) and food in the evenings which was very nice. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with this property. It was always super clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location was great. But what really put them over the top is that they noticed it was my birthday (from my passport at check in), and they sent me up a bottle of champagne and cake. So sweet to have someone think of me when away from home.

A beautiful old house finely refurbished with a lovely courtyard. No restaurant open except for breakfast. Staff more clued in than most - Georgian service culture hasn’t thrown off the dead hand of Soviet habits yet.
