As usual the staff and hotel were awesome especially as the power in Te Anau had been off for over 24hrsdue to the storms and just came back on as we arrived. They were fantastic under pressure. A+++ to all at the hotel.

Just like other comments suggest. The premises are a bit dated but the room and bathroom were clean and everything was working. I did not have any problems sleeping. I love Te Anau Downs very convenient and beautiful. The location is excellent. It is closer to Milford Sound and you can drive to Fjordland National Park and just hang out enjoy the beauty of the nature, so beautiful!
