We loved this property. The owners live on site, and were super responsive. The room was very well appointed and we utilized the hot tub, which was clean and relaxing. They served breakfast to order each morning and provided recommendations for food and activities. I’m really happy we decided to go with a family run B&B. They really go the extra mile to make sure you have an amazing stay. Thanks for the memories!

The room was very nice with lots of room for luggage and it had all the necessary amenities as well as the little extras like cookies and chocolate. The hosts were great, giving us lots of useful information and the breakfast they provided was wonderful. The heated bathroom floors were a real luxury.

Laura and Derek were amazing hosts. They have a lovely B&B, and the breakfast provided each morning was a great start to the day. We loved having the chance to talk with both of them during our 3-night stay and felt like they became friends. We will definitely stay there again if we ever return to New Zealand. It is a gem of a place with kind and generous hosts.

Blue Ridge was like a home from home. So clean with lots of thoughtful touches. The family were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was the best we’d had in NZ. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone staying in the are.

The owner was very friendly, helpful and a wonderful cook. The room was immaculately clean and had extras like cookies, chocolates coffee and milk in your room. This B&B is a quick 4 minute car ride to the town center and a great jumping off point to Milford sound.

This place felt like home! I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The owner personally makes you breakfast with a smile, the hot tub is hot, the beds are comfortable, and the room is spacious. Highly recommended.

The accommodations here were absolutely phenomenal. The couple who runs it has paid such detailed attention to every single part of our stay and experience. The grounds were gorgeous. We ate outside. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. For breakfast they served exactly what we asked for and it was delicious! It was also very timely because we wanted to leave early to get to one of our adventures. If you’re going to be in this part of New Zealand, it is a fabulous place to stay!

Wow, this was so nice, the surroundings were beautiful.. Laura and Derek very kind and helpful to make sure you have a good time in town or going to the Milford sound, she helped arrange a ride to M-S..I recommend it..parking is limited. Rebecca was a warm and friendly host who cooked a beautiful breakfast for her guests. Great amenities even had makeup remover wipes and beautiful lavender toiletries. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else and will be recommending this B&B to family and friends. Don’t change a thing it’s the best,

a very reasonable stay

1. The location is close to the town and therefore convenient 2. The host is a amicable person and we enjoyed her breakfast 3. My suggestion is to take the middle or the end room; our room is the first room and the window front on to the car park, thus privacy is an issue 4 . Overall the stay is reasonable
