"After a long & arduous 10.30hr day the last thing we wanted was problems checking in. The office closed at 7 not 9 as indicated on the website information, but when we finally contacted them everything was fine. The property needs to update their operating hours. As they only work 9-7. The laundry says it’s open at 8 but I fact doesn’t open till 9. These little things are very annoying. Great Location. The room was clean & roomy, looked as if it had been recently refurbished. Everything was within walking distance. "

Staff were welcoming and nothing was too much bother. We were sad to leave today and cannot wait to return. Thank you for the room upgrade also, we loved our stay! "
