"Easy check in, helpful staff, clean quiet rooms, lovely pool and swim up bar, casual restaurant with great service looking towards beach. Reasonable price for laundry services. "We had some issue at check in but they turned out to be misunderstandings nothing more. I found the facility very good in fact above average in many ways. Loved the gym, pool and breakfast restaurant area and the front of house employees. My only beef was with the room. They checked me in to a room upgrade and strangely there was no desk chair or table in the room. I cant recall ever checking in to a 5 star hotel with no table chair or desk in the room. I was there on business and needed...

"The service was exceptional."

"We stayed at Thai beach house for 9 nights and everyday was amazing. TBH is central Lamai, with everything within a few minutes walk. Beach front with a great restaurant and massage services offered daily. The staff at the resort were beyond friendly and always available. The resort is very well kept and amenities are great. My next stop in Lamai will be back at Thai house beach resort!!"

"Beautiful property staff is fantastic"
