"The room was immaculate. Bed was huge, bathroom was a great size and towels soft and fluffy, The staff were fabulous and the breakfast was amazing. Plenty choice, fresh and delicious The only downside we had was not enough socket outlets. Only 1 we could see or access. However our stay was awesome and would throughly recommend and hope to visit again very soon. This hotel was quirky "

"The regular rooms are VERY small/compact (large king bed but wedged between wall and window which had a long counter/desk the length of it) no clothes cupboard just open compact hanging area with shelf above). We were moved to a more spacious “accessible”room that was just fine though the bathroom door was like a shower door (didnt close all the way)all other services of the hotel were wonderful-breakfast, lobby, ease of check in/out, concierge taxi service, location, above all the kindness and professional behavior of the staff."

The staff was Top notch, professional and very attentive. This overall experience made our first visit to Rome a very memorable experience. The staff was incredible. Valentina was able to assist us with a lot of phenomenal recommendations for tours and city landmarks. Highly recommended. "
