"The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts- so not in congested inner city. The Taj service and hospitality is always fantastic and this property lives up to the high standards. Special mention for the breakfast room staff (Ckowk) - Deepak, Stithy and Dhananjay- they were so so nice and made the stay wonderful. Front desk Supriya was also very helpful and made every effort to make us comfortable. This is a property I would highly recommend! 5* "

"The reception was too slow to check me in. The service was ok. The bathroom of room number 306 where I stayed doesn’t have a slope to allow the water to seep away. The washroom got filled with water because of that reason. Location is excellent but security measures don’t allow access to corridor directly hence one needs to go around the galis to reach gate no 4."
