Hotel had overbooked my reservation, and no reception was able to solve their mistake. Telephone service stopped being manned before announced latest checkin. Don't consider this place as a last minute option. No contact was initiated despite double booking, to sort out their mistake with me.

Datenschutzverstoß trotz Widerspruch! Das ist mir noch nicht passiert! Ich verbiete die Kopie meines Personalausweises beim Einchecken und trotzdem wurde eine Kopie gemacht👮‍♂️ Für die im Gesetz unter Art. 83 Abs. 5 DSGVO aufgelisteten, besonders gravierenden Verstöße beträgt der Bußgeldrahmen bis zu 20 Millionen Euro oder im Fall eines Unternehmens bis zu 4% des gesamten weltweit erzielten Jahresumsatzes im vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahr, je nachdem, welcher Wert der höhere ist. Komme ich noch darauf zurück, dass ich das Zimmer über Hotel.com gebucht habe, per Paypal bezahlt habe und vor Ort empfangen wurde mit einer 20 minütlichen Diskussion, dass ich mehr bezahlen müsste. Bei 200 Hotelübernachtungen im Jahr ist mir sowas in 30 Jahren noch nicht passiert
