The furniture in the living area is a bit worn & less than comfortable so that could be a possible improvement. This is an old house with creaking floors but it adds to the charm. "We chose this house due to it's close proximity to family and the graduation location. This home could not have been more welcoming. The street is so charming and perfect for morning strolls, and in the evening, a jaunt to The Mont is absolutely perfect for a burger or just guac and chips! Every room was perfectly designed and so absolutely clean and welcoming to the weary traveler! We will definitely stay here again!"

"The house was perfect for our family visiting our son for parents week. The house was clean, beds were so comfortable, game room in the garage was perfect! The most spectacular part of the house was the backyard with beautiful thick green grass, tv and fire pit. I wish I had know about this house earlier as its better than an hotel! We are coming back and staying for graduation!"

"We booked this property for the location to the wedding activities and wedding. The kitchen for the gathering and cooking and the back deck for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen and layout is amazing. The back deck could use some tlc with the boards on the deck. Warped and not sturdy when walked on. We wanted to use the deck lights for the ambiance at the end of the day recapping of all the activities. We could not find the light switch. The host responded quickly and were tried to use them...

"The check in process was fantastic and easy, instructions were very clear. It was easy to pop onto the Wi-fi and there were several amenities that made our stay much easier than a hotel! Staying with a family of adults and young child, it might be helpful to mention there is 1 shower, but the hot water heater was a champion! :-)"
