"Property had a great backyard for pets. It's a common area, but fenced in. No one ever went outside though so it was nice to let my dogs out. A little too far from Campus for me as I was there to see my daughter at KU. I thought price was a little high. But the bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything except a coffee machine (keurig or coffee pot) I think it had a French press, but not sure how to use that. Couldn't figure out the tv. "Worst property I have encountered in the VRBO network. I would advise against staying here. We had ants in the property, spiders, WI-FI did not work, and the unit above us was not sound proofed so could hear every footstep and movement at all hours. This was a terrible value. I did complain but owners said I didn’t complain soon enough. Do NOT stay here, the property description says it’s elegant, far from it! "
