"The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean "

"Room was clean, breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Very good hotel with a pool, only thing I was missing was a hot tub. The deluxe suite was nice with a Lil sitting space that had its own TV. "

"The staff was friendly but our toilet was dirty and bathroom amenities were lacking. Room seemed fine after seeing the toilet it made us wonder what else they over looked. Bed was comfortable."

"I was pretty disappointed. I booked a King Suite. I ended up with an handicap accessible room. The bathroom floor and shower were all in one. It looked like a gym room shower with mold. The fridge still had someone’s food in it and there were scratches on the headboard. I went to see if I could change room. The front desk person laughed and said, “Oh you got an accessible room. We don’t have any other rooms available”. Very disappointed. I’ve stayed here in the past when I come to town. Won’t be doing that again. I’ll be reaching out to hotels.com to see about getting a partial refund."

"Hot tub didn’t work right. The made the pool smaller, no more outside pool, they got rid of the sauna and lockers."
